Scholarships and Awards Information about the Provincial Secondary Scholarship and awards program, including Passport to Education, Dogwood/District Awards and Grade 12 Provincial Scholarships may be found at: http://www.bced.gov.bc.ca/awards/ Information about other BC government programs, including grants, bursaries and loans may be found at the Student Aid BC site: http://www.aved.gov.bc.ca/studentaidbc/welcome.htm. There are other websites that provide students, parents and school personnel with information about scholarships.
